About to do CLR/Rotor Internals at DevTeach
Wow, so I am getting ready to do my "signature" talk "Hardcore .NET", which is really CLR Internals. Regular readers know that I had been doing this talk since 2002 and that I retired it last year. I brought it back this year at DevTeach by demand since last year it got me perfect scores across the board-) and landed me 10th in the Top Ten overall out of almost 50 speakers. Last night, I started to obsess that even I knew this stuff inside out, and could do the talk in my sleep, it wasn't enough. Sure, I had updated it heavily for 2.0 but I needed more. Not only did I come up with some new Rotor 2.0 demos with CLIX and CORDBG, but I have added a whole mess of stuff on CLR Hosting, App Domains, and a whole new bunch of demos peering into the "guts" of CLR Assemblies with Remotesoft .NET Explorer, Decompiler .NET, Dis#, and PEBrowse, in addition to of course Rotor. Hopefully it will all go well.
Looks good so far with 10's acroos the board; I'm such a Ratings Whore-))

The speaker is excellent for passing his knowledge. It is another fine session that I have learned a lot. His knowledge is very vast, and he is well prepared.

This has been, so far and by far, the most exciting session that I have attended in this conference. I will avidly devourer everything that Sam Gentile has to offer in this field.
