    I might as well combine my last 2 posts. Today's New and Notable is focused on the major beta releases today. Vista and Longhorn Beta 2 are finally available on Connect and MSDN, and NVIDIA and ATI both have released new drivers to coincide with the release of Windows Vista Beta 2. Fetch! Wow! WinFX...
